The Opportunity
Phase Two: North Perth Site (0.94 acres – secured)
This next phase will deliver two new affordable rental homes, designed for individuals and families experiencing hidden homelessness.
To make this possible, we are funding:
-Site Infrastructure
-Septic system, electrical upgrades, and groundwork required to activate the land
-Two Pocket Homes
One-bedroom unit
Two-bedroom unit

These homes will remain affordable rental housing long-term, providing stability, dignity, and independence.
Project Investment Required
Site Infrastructure: ~$100,000
One-Bedroom Home: ~$150,000 + HST
Two-Bedroom Home: ~$200,000 + HST
Two-Bedroom Home: ~$200,000 + HST
Total Phase Investment: ~$450,000+
Every dollar goes directly into creating permanent, affordable homes.
