Progress in St. Marys & Listowel–Atwood

It’s been an exciting summer at Home Suite Home Affordable Housing!

In St. Marys, our very first pocket home is coming together beautifully. The community has really rallied behind this build, and we’re encouraged by all the support we’ve seen so far. To finish strong and get the doors open, we still need local backing. Every bit of support matters — and if you’d like to be part of completing St. Marys, now is the perfect time to jump on board.

You can choose to support St. Marys as it nears completion, or help move the Listowel–Atwood build forward at this crucial groundwork stage. Either way, you’ll be part of creating stable, affordable homes right here in our communities.

Meanwhile, in Listowel–Atwood, tremendous progress has been made. Our team has cleared the site — check out the photos of Team in Action! We’re now at the stage of putting in a septic system, which means this build is ready to take shape. The urgency here is very real: this pocket home is intended for a father with health struggles and his son, who are in critical need of safe housing before winter arrives.
