We have an exciting, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to create Stratford’s very first 15-unit Affordable Tiny Home Village for those in need!

The Corporation of The City of Stratford, in collaboration with its Social Services Department, has announced an Affordable/Attainable/Mixed Market Development Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEOI) for a property at 161 East Gore St.

Our concept for this development is unique—a vibrant agrivillage design featuring 15 High Performance, energy-efficient tiny homes (300–400 sq. ft.), designed to promote intergenerational living and community connection. This village will provide housing for youth, veterans, seniors, Indigenous people, women survivors of domestic violence, and others in need.

We are making a Consortium Bid for this Project and need to show some financial support from our community.
