About Home Suite Home
Home Suite Home Affordable Housing is a Registered Charity in Canada No: 774760227RR0001 with a purpose to relieve poverty. We stand as a Christian ministry of love and compassion, aiming to build hope by providing affordable rental Pocket Tiny Homes to Individual and families experiencing poverty, financial need and living hidden homeless.
Since our founding in May 2024, we have achieved significant milestones through extensive fundraising efforts and by fostering strong community connections. A Pocket Tiny Home build for a family in St. Marys commenced in January 2025, while another project in the North Perth area is in progress. Additionally, we are working on conceptual designs and projects for multi-unit Tiny Home Villages to address the broader need for affordable housing for those in need across the region.
These projects are made possible through the support of key collaborators and advisors, including Teahen Construction Ltd., Hive Design Co., Zelinka Priamo Ltd., Project Tiny Hope (Lindsay Rice), and the Ontario Building Officials Association (Jonathan DeWeerd).
Our mission is to create sustainable, community-driven solutions to end homelessness one step at a time. By combining innovative designs, collaborative partnerships, and grassroots support, we strive to provide hope, stability, and dignity to those on low income and in need of affordable housing. Together, we are building a future where everyone has a place to call home.
Our Team

Vicky Devocht
From a young age, Vicky understood the value and dignity of all people and developed a heart for community work, participating in programs like the Stratford Neighbourly Services and many others that served the less fortunate. She spent 30 years learning and gaining experience in these programs, meeting the needs of individuals who suffer as a result of poverty, addictions, physical and emotional abuse.
As past manager of a computer training centre and an accounting clerk she gained valuable skills and operational experience allowing her to fulfil the role as Executive Director of Home Suite Home Affordable Housing.
With the emerging crisis of homelessness and “hidden homelessness,” her passion to provide equitable housing to those suffering in her community ignited. Vicky’s goal became collaborating with the community to build High Quality Tiny Homes that reflect a person’s value and can be rented at an affordable below-market rate.
As a community we can empower people and give them hope to believe in themselves and a better future even in the face of hardship and challenge. Let’s together raise an army of people who will take up the call and end homelessness “One at a Time”
